Dr. Fola Sam-Ogunbiyi obtained her medical degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria in 1995. She moved to the United Kingdom for her Family Medicine training at Oxford University. She has been working as a family physician in the UK for several years until she recently moved to Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Fola enjoys all aspects of family medicine and is particularly interested in child and maternal health as well as elderly care. She fits IUDs (contraceptive devices) and performs joint injections. She is passionate about providing an excellent standard of care to all her patients and would love to make your acquaintance. She also has extensive experience in mental health, marriage and relationship counseling.
Her interests outside of medicine include travelling, cooking and spending time with her husband and three young children.
Dr. William Harvey was born and raised in rural Newfoundland and studied biology and music at Acadia University before completing his MD at Memorial University of Newfoundland. He went on to complete a residency in family medicine at Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia where he has practiced and taught medicine in a small town outside Halifax for 15 years before working in Etobicoke doing family practice for 5 years. Dr. Harvey is interested in providing care to patients in the full spectrum of life from well babies and treatment of childhood illnesses to contraception, women’s and men’s health, prenatal care, treatment of chronic disease, and palliative care.He is excited at this move to small-town Innisfil to begin a new life and medical practice away from the big city.
